This Mediterranean inspired hors d’oeuvres travels by way of toothpick, so you can effortlessly share with all of your friends. Ingredients:
– 2 cups cubed watermelon
– 1 (10-ounce) package Feta cheese, cut into cubes balsamic glaze

Instructions:
1. Assemble watermelon feta appetizer bites by layering a cube of watermelon, then feta cheese, and then topping it with another cube of watermelon onto a cocktail skewer or toothpick.
2. If making ahead of time, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until about 15-25 minutes before serving.
3. Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
