If you’re not yet craving the crisp bite of fall, let summer linger on your lips just a bit longer with a fruity, tropical cocktail that mixes together the sensuous essence of fig with the extravagant taste of Ménage à Trois Gold.

The fig is a delectable fruit — ripe with passion and unique flavor that makes it an ideal match for the irresistibly luxurious profile of our Gold Chardonnay. Defined by rich fragrances of crème brûlée, honeyed pineapple, and exotic floral notes, our most opulent wine lingers on the palate with a wealth of tropical fruit flavors that meld with luxurious French vanilla and hints of sweet spice before culminating in a smooth, buttery finish.

Together in our Sunset Fig Cocktail, these tastes will have you wishing the warm weather would never end.

Ménage à Trois Fig Cocktail Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 6 figs, cut into quarters
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 ounces Ménage à Trois Gold
- 1 ounce apple cider
- 1 ounce orange liqueur
- 1 can soda water

Fig Syrup Instructions:
1. Combine the honey, water, and figs in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to a simmer over low heat, and whisk continuously until the honey is melted and the figs begin to soften.
3. Add the thyme, and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring often.
4. Remove from heat, and let the mixture sit for a few minutes.
5. Remove the thyme sprigs from the honey mixture, and use a food processor or immersion blender to blend the honey and figs into a syrup.
 
Ménage à Trois Fig Cocktail Instructions:
1. In a shaker with ice, combine 1 ounce of Fig Syrup, 1 ounce of Ménage à Trois Gold, ½ ounce of apple cider and ½ ounce of orange liqueur.
2. Shake for 20 seconds.
3. Strain over ice, and top with soda water.
4. Garnish with additional fig slices.
