Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 5 ounces Ménage à Trois Red Blend
- 3 ounces tomato juice
- Dash of sea salt
- Ice
DIRECTIONS
1.Add the cherry tomatoes to the bottom of a wine glass or tumbler. Fill the glass with ice. Top with the wine and tomato juice. Add a dash of sea salt and stir to combine.
2.Garnish with tomatoes and/or for spice: slices of fresh jalapeno or serrano pepper.
Notes
*The longer the peppers sit in the drink, the spicier it will get. It’s got more real pepper flavor than true heat at the beginning.
*Make a “Spicy Farmers Market” by adding 3 slices of fresh jalapeno or serrano peppers.
