Recipe Ingredients for Squid Ink Pasta: (Serves 4)
- 1 lb.(s) fresh squid ink pasta
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, cut in minced
- ¼ cup chopped black olives
- Coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 cup Fresh Parmesan, shavings

Recipe Directions for Squid Ink Pasta: 
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. 
2. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 3 to 4 minutes. 
3. Drain pasta, reserving some of the pasta water. 
4. While pasta is cooking, heat oil over low heat in a large sauté pan. 
5. Add garlic and sauté about 2 mins, then add black olives. 
6. Sauté both together about 2 to 3 minutes. 
7. Remove from heat. 
8. Toss pasta in the sauté pan with the oil and garlic sauce. 
9. Add some of the pasta water if pan is dry. 
10. Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste. 
11. Top with fresh parmesan shavings. 
12. Serve immediately and enjoy.
