Grilled Peaches and Prosciutto Ingredients:
- 5 medium peaches, ripe but firm, halved, pits removed
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 6-8 thin slices of quality prosciutto
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
 
Make Grilled Peaches and Prosciutto Directions:
1. Heat grill to medium-high.
2. Brush grill and peaches with oil. Season peaches to taste with salt and pepper. Grill, turning occasionally until charred and softened, 4-6 minutes. Transfer to a platter.
3. Fold prosciutto slices on top of peaches.
4. Sprinkle with basil, grind pepper over top, and lightly drizzle with balsamic oil.
5. Serve with Ménage à Trois Gold.
