Slow Cooker Pinot Noir Meatballs

We’re all about easygoing entertainment this holiday season. So we’ve created a slow cooker recipe, which will surely have your guests thinking you’ve slaved away all day for them.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen cocktail size meatballs
  • 1 cup Ménage à Trois Pinot Noir
  • 1 16oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 tsp spicy mustard
  • ¼ cup minced shallots
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

 

Directions:

Place the meatballs at the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
Once all the ingredients are mixed well, pour the entire mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
Turn slow cooker on low.
Set the timer for 3-4 hours.
Transfer to serving dish with toothpicks when guests arrive.
