You’ll Be Spellbound by Our Ménage à Trois Midnight Color-Changing Cocktail

Recipe & Directions for the Spellbound Color-Shifting Cocktail:​

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS​

  • 1 oz gin​
  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur​
  • 2 oz Ménage à Trois Midnight ​
  • 2 oz sparkling water​
  • ½ oz simple syrup​
  • ¼ teaspoon butterfly pea powder​​

DIRECTIONS​

  1.  Add the butterfly pea powder to the sparkling water and whisk until dissolved. It will fizz up a bit, so use a tall glass or liquid measuring cup so you don’t make a mess.​
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, gin, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and butterfly mixture. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.​
  3.  Pour into a glass.​
  4.  Slowly pour Ménage à Trois Midnight over a spoon, and watch your cocktail turn from vibrant purple/blue into a deep red​
